Booking Terms and Prices 

Information About Length of Stay: 

• October – May: The minimum stay is 3 nights. 
• June – September: The minimum stay is 6 nights. 
• Maximum Capacity: 4 Guests.

Price:

• The price for the apartment ranges from 150 to 200 EUR per night, depending on the season.

• The price applies to the entire apartment and is not dependent on the number of guests.

Payment:

• A reservation deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price is due within 3 days of booking confirmation.
• The remaining 50% of the accommodation price must be paid no later than 21 days before the start of the stay.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 21 or more days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total accommodation price will be charged.
• Cancellation 20 or fewer days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation price will be charged. 

Refundable Deposit:

• The deposit amount is 200 EUR per stay. The deposit is payable together with the balance and serves as a guarantee to cover any damages caused to the apartment's furnishings during the stay. This amount is refundable and will be returned no later than 7 days after the end of the stay, provided no damage or loss of equipment is found.

Additional Terms:

• No later than the date of the final payment for accommodation, the client is required to send a clear copy or photo of their ID card or passport to the email: info@holiday-in-spain.eu. For ID cards, photos of both sides of the document must be provided.
• Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
